The Grajewski/Lyra Foundation for Pediatric and Infantile Glaucoma is a 501(c)3 established in 1998 with the generous support of a grant donated by the Lyra Family.

All financial records (990 IRS) are open to the public and can be obtain through the government web page for not-for-profit charitable organizations.

In 2003 the five year review by the IRS of the Foundation’s tax exempt was filed. The GL Foundation was recertified as a nonprofit corporation 501(c)3.

IRS rated A+ for utilizing 95% of funds towards the fulfillment of the GL Foundation’s mission statement.
